Happy Lunar New Year! It's 2021, the year of the Ox! What is Lunar New Year and its significance? Join Maria Villanueva and Duy Lam as they dive into the history of the holiday and the cultures that celebrate it!

FAPAC-USCG member, Cody Olmstead, walks his wife through completing her first gyotaku. Gyotaku is a Japanese method of fish printing. It is believed to have been started by fisherman as a proof of catch! 

FAPAC-USCG member, Aber Gavino and his wife Lyra teach us how to prepare the Philippine Dish - Pusong Saging (Banana Heart)!
