As the only non-profit organization dedicated to the Coast Guard's Asian American and Pacific Islander community, FAPAC-USCG works to drive systems of change necessary to strengthen our community and improve diversity within the Coast Guard, while remaining focused on sustaining a service culture where everyone is included, valued, and respected. FAPAC-USCG is open to all ranks: officer, enlisted, civilian and retired personnel, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, and ethnic origin.
FAPAC-USCG provides space to celebrate our contributions to the Coast Guard and offers a platform to discuss ideas on equal opportunity. We support the DIAP and raise the voice for AAPI interests across the Coast Guard.
FAPAC-USCG connects members through shared experiences and common interests in the AAPI community. We links across other AAPI networks across the U.S. government to help our members and our community.
FAPAC-USCG provides leadership opportunities and offers space and support for member-led initiatives benefitting the AAPI community. We sponsor trainings, events, and mentorship bridges to build the next cadre of Coast Guard leaders.
We are here to serve our members!
